How to open an account and start selling
4 min read
What happens between opening your account and your first delivered code: signing up, confirming your email address, funding the wallet, then the first order.
Mena-Pin is a wholesale source of digital products for resellers across the Middle East and North Africa: chat and live-streaming app top-ups, game top-ups and gift cards. You buy at the list price, or at a price of your own once one has been agreed with you, and you sell to your own customers at yours. This guide covers what happens between opening your account and your first delivered code.
You open the account yourself, and it is real from the first minute
You open an account here on the sign-up page, without waiting for anybody to approve it. What makes that possible is that the wallet is prepaid: an account with no balance can buy nothing, so your first top-up is the moment you actually start.
There is no free trial, no test environment, no plans to choose between, and no activation step to wait for. Every account here is real, and every order buys real goods with real money.
The steps
- Open the account on the sign-up page. You give your name, your shop's name if it has one, your email address, a phone number and a password of your own choosing, and you accept the published terms. You are in your dashboard straight away.
- Confirm your email address from the message we send. No money moves in this account — no funding and no buying — until that address is confirmed. Until then you can sign in and look around, and nothing more.
- Your account starts at the list price. If you want a price of your own, write to us at the address published at the foot of the home page with what you sell, which market you sell in and roughly what your monthly volume is. A price of your own is either a rate taken off every list price across your whole account, or an exact figure written against one package, or both. The detail is in "How your price is decided".
- Fund your wallet in USDT. It is the only method; bank transfers are not accepted. On the Wallet page you choose a package, see what will be credited and what you will pay before you confirm, and send that amount to the address shown. The balance is credited by itself once the network confirms the payment. The full steps are in "How to fund your wallet in USDT".
- Place your first order. From the catalogue in your dashboard: pick the package, enter the player id if the package asks for one, and confirm. The amount is taken from your wallet, the order becomes Pending, and then Delivered carrying the code — within seconds under normal conditions.
What your dashboard shows from day one
- The catalogue at your price. Not a list price and a discount for you to work out, but the figure you will actually be charged.
- The wallet and its ledger. Every purchase, refund and credit is an entry in a ledger nothing edits or deletes, and you can export it.
- Your orders. Each order's number, state, fulfilment time, and the code on the order's own page.
- Keys and webhooks, if you are going to connect your store to us programmatically.
Invite your staff instead of sharing a password
The Team page in your dashboard invites colleagues by email, and each of them signs in with a login of their own. A member browses the catalogue, places orders from the account's balance, and follows orders and the wallet. Topping up, API keys and the team itself stay with the account owner.
It stays one account, not several: one wallet, and the agreed prices are your company's prices rather than the prices of whoever signed in. Two members cannot buy the same package at two different prices, and you can withdraw any invitation or permission at any time.
Questions
I am a new customer and my price has not been set yet — what do I see?
List prices, exactly as published. A new account starts at a zero discount rate, and zero means list price rather than an unfinished setup: what you see in the catalogue is what you would be charged if you bought right now.
Is the site only in Arabic?
The interface is Arabic first, and there is a full English version of the public site under /en. The dashboard follows your language.
What if the category I sell is not in the catalogue?
Ask sales for it. The catalogue carries both global categories and ones specific to particular markets, and we look at what is asked for.
