These terms govern your use of your account on this platform. Using the account means you accept them. The company operating the platform is named in the site footer.
The account
- You open your account yourself on the sign-up page, and opening it requires that you accept these terms. We may also open an account for a customer who asks us to. There is no trial account and no test environment: every account is real.
- A new account buys at the published list price. Any other price is agreed with you, and is shown in your dashboard before you order.
- Verifying your email address is a condition of anything that moves money. Before it is verified you can sign in and look; you cannot buy.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and your API keys secret. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- You may invite staff to your account and give each of them particular permissions. What a member of staff does counts against the account, and prices and balance belong to the account rather than to a person.
- We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, on a reasonable suspicion of fraud, or at your request.
What you are buying
- There are two kinds of product: a digital code delivered to you, and a direct top-up applied to an account id that you enter.
- **A code is delivered once.** Once it has been shown to you it counts as received, and it stays usable whatever our records later say about the order.
- **A direct top-up goes to the id you type.** A wrong id means credit that has arrived in a stranger's account, and it cannot be pulled back once it lands. Check before you confirm.
- The products are for resale. Your relationship with your own customer, and the terms you sell to them on, are yours alone; we are not a party to them.
- The party that issued a code may restrict it by region, by currency or by expiry. We state what we know of those on the product page.
Prices and the wallet
- The price you see inside your account is the price agreed with you. It may differ from the list price and it differs between customers.
- Prices can change. The binding price is the one shown to you at the moment the order is placed, and a placed order is not affected by a later change.
- The wallet is funded in USDT only, from the top-up page in your dashboard. Bank transfers are not accepted.
- A top-up is one of a set of packages. Before you confirm you are shown every figure: what will be credited to your balance, the top-up commission if there is one, and what you pay. What is credited is the package amount you were shown.
- The balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed to have arrived in full. The network fee is the sender's. A payment that arrives short of the amount asked for credits nothing automatically and is looked at by our team.
- A payment sent on a network other than the one you were shown does not arrive and cannot be recovered.
- The amount leaves your wallet at the moment the order is placed. An order your balance does not cover is refused before it starts.
Refunds
- Refunds are automatic only: the system issues one by itself when an order cannot be filled. There is no button, no form and no endpoint for requesting one.
- The detail is in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Prohibited use
- Using the platform for fraud, for money laundering, or for testing stolen card details.
- Attempting to get around the rate limits set on the API, reaching an account that is not yours, or probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Reselling in a way that breaks the issuer restrictions stated on the product page.
- Sharing API keys with a third party who does not work for your account.
The limits of our liability
- Our liability for any order does not exceed the amount charged to you for that order.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may stop for maintenance or for a fault outside our control.
- The party that issues a code is a third party. If they refuse a valid code after it has been delivered to you, what we undertake is to take it up with them — not to guarantee their answer.
- We are not liable for lost profit or for indirect loss arising from delay or interruption.
Changes to these terms
- We may change these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the account after it counts as acceptance.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
