This policy says when money returns to your wallet and when it does not. It is written to describe what the system actually does, rather than what we might do on request.
The basic rule
- **A delivered code is not returnable.** Once it has been shown to you it is in your hands, and it stays usable whatever our records say about the order afterwards. We cannot pull it back or void it.
- **A direct top-up that has landed is not returnable.** The credit arrives at the id you entered, and once there it cannot be reversed.
Refunds are automatic only
- There is no refund button, no request form, no API endpoint for asking and no permission that opens one.
- The reason is that the one state where handing the money back is unambiguously right is the state the system already refunds by itself. Any other route opens a dispute over goods that cannot be returned.
What is refunded by itself
- An order refused before it started — insufficient balance, a product that cannot be sold, missing details.
- An order the filling party declines.
- An order that could not be filled after its delivery attempts were exhausted.
In each case the amount returns to your wallet automatically and a refund entry appears on your statement. You do not have to ask for anything.
An order that is "under review"
- Sometimes an answer comes back from which neither success nor failure can be read. The order is then put under review and stops moving.
- **It is neither refunded nor sent again** until the outcome is settled, because either could be wrong: refunding would return money for goods that were delivered, and re-sending would buy the same thing twice.
- **You are not charged twice, and you will be told the result.** Someone on our team settles it — it is either delivered, or marked failed, and the refund happens automatically at that point.
What is not refunded
- Choosing the wrong denomination or the wrong product.
- Entering the wrong account id on a direct top-up.
- Changing your mind after delivery.
- A code you bought and resold.
The form a refund takes
- A refund is **credit in your wallet** for the amount charged, not a return to an external payment method — the wallet is what was charged in the first place.
Credit when an account closes
- There is no automated way to withdraw a wallet balance. Settling what is left when an account closes is arranged with the team, at the contact address published in the site footer.
If the issuer refuses a valid code
- A code is issued by a third party, and they may refuse it at redemption for a reason of their own. Send us the details and we will take it up with them. What we undertake is to pursue it, not to guarantee their answer.
